Eliana Minelli

Eliana Minelli is a PhD candidate at CHEGG since November 2013. She graduated in Economic and Social Sciences at Bocconi University, Milan, Italy and was awarded the Bank of Italy’s scholarship. She also has a degree in International Economics and Management. Her previous work experiences included collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Education and local public administration in the field of education. At present she holds a position of associate professor in Organisation at the Università Cattaneo-Liuc, Italy, where she lectures Organisation, Human Resource Management and Change Management. Her PhD project focuses on quality assurance policy in Italy and investigates – using notions of institutional logics and pluralism – how different Italian universities deal with the policy challenges.
